To prove that good services can be guaranteed, the quality of (potential) customers can be objectively demonstrated by the certification of the IT management organization. The results of the research is set in a Third Party Announcement (TPM) or in a SAS70 certification. These communications may assessed by the IT management organization to "third parties (eg customers) will be provided.
